Biography:
Kelly concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, special needs trusts, trust, probate, and guardianship administration. She has extensive experience representing professionals, executives, business owners, retired individuals, and families in developing, implementing, and managing sophisticated estate plans. Kelly assists clients in developing comprehensive strategies which achieve their diverse wealth preservation and succession planning goals, including estate and gift tax planning and asset protection.
In addition, Kelly advises families with special needs loved ones regarding
estate planning documents best suited for the lifetime management of funds, while maintaining eligibility for government benefits. She appears in Probate Court to represent individuals and families in guardianship proceedings and for estate administration matters. Kelly is also assisting in the representation of clients who have either been harmed or have a family member that has been harmed by the use of opioid painkillers, a matter that is personal to her after losing a childhood friend due to an accidental overdose of these dangerous drugs.
